In Memory of
Nana
Where it began
Rose Mary Hagger was born in Moreauville, Louisiana, in 1937.

She married Phillip Lawrence Hagger Sr., and they made a life in Port Arthur, Texas.

They raised two children there.

The things she loved
She enjoyed sewing, growing plants and decorating for Christmas among other things. And she was never without her cup of coffee.

She was "Nana" to six.

The youngest branches

She loved having the family around her.

Her last years were not easy. In 2024 the light in her mind dimmed.

"The one thing Rose was most excited about
in her last few months...
was her birthday."

A memorial to Rose Mary built of things she enjoyed and held close in her last days.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Lawrence Hagger Sr.; daughter, Lisa Bray; parents, John and Hester Larcart; and siblings Israel Larcart, Gene Larcart, Herman Larcart, Hubert Larcart, Aaron Larcart, John Larcart, Catherine Thomas, Essie Johnson, and Wilma Hilts.
She is survived by her son, Phillip Hagger Jr.; grandchildren Tristan Hagger, Kameron Hagger, Earl Bray, Kyndal Bray, Phillip Hagger III, and Jared Hagger; four great-grandchildren; and siblings Dorothy Hagger, Larry Larcart, and Bailey Larcart.
